We’ve been making cider at the Gower Heritage Centre Since 2011 using apples from our own Orchard at the Mill.

Shed Head Cider is still made the traditional way, hand picked apples are pressed on our old 1890s Traveling Cider Press fermented and matured in Oak Casks using Dabinet Apples from our Mill Orchard.

Shed Head Cider began in a shed as a little project experimenting using a variety of apples from different orchards in Wales. The Shed Head Cider brands are, Shed Of Heaven Cider and Man Cave Cider which were a huge success with customers at our Gower Cider Festivals and now we sell it along side our Mill House Cider.
